The Askellian territory is located between the Ferengi and Federation territories. It consists of 4 systems which contain 3 class M planets, 2 class N planets, and 6 moons that serve as huge military installations.
The homeworld of Askel is located in the center of thier territory and is heavily guarded by thier Defense Fleet. Over 70% of the land on planet Askel is covered with huge forests. There are few large cities on the planet, with most of the forests being left untouched and protected.
The other border planets in the territory are primarily used for agriculture. They also contain the bulk of the Askellian population. Non-Askellians are also allowed to live on the border planets.
Many of the moons are mined for precious metals and raw ores.
 THE PLANET ASKEL:
Askel is a rich and beautful planet that is abundant with life. It's lands are covered with huge thick forests. The huge Rodun Tree, which is the main type of tree on the planet, can reach over 400 meters in height and has a life span close to a 500 years. There are various other trees, such as fruit trees, that cover the landscape.
Wildlife on the planet is also abundant. The massive Durn, which is herd animal that roams the planet, was the main food source for the Askellians in the past. They are covered in thick shaggy hair, can reach 2000 pounds in size, and have a single curved horn that protrudes from the middle of thier forehead.
The main predator of the planet is the vicious Morq Beast. The Morq can reach 500 pounds in size, with some Morqs reaching a record 1000 pounds in isolated areas, and is carnivor with a great appetite for meat. It is a solitary hunter which mainly hunts at night. Morqs usually stay deep in the forest, but will occasionally attack Askellian communities when driven mad by hunger. They are dull grey in color, have red eyes, and have huge tusks and clawed paws.
